Dreadshop is a Dutch company that was founded in 2004 after we discovered how hard it was to find beautiful and affordable dreadlocks on the Internet. We demand the highest quality, and at the same time we want to make sure that our customers can afford our products.

In 2005 we also started offering our products in Belgium.
And since 2007 our products are also available in countries like the UK, the United States, Germany, France, Spain, Austria and Switzerland.

In 2009, Dreadshop will also focus on Poland and Italy.

Dreadshop is a web shop. We do not have an actual shop, only a storage space, which is located in the Netherlands. If you want to pay us a visit, you need to make an appointment.

Renate has started the Dutch Dreadwinkel.nl in 2004. Now she made it Dreadshop and the website is online in 10 countries! Renate is taking care of the e-mail contact with customers. Also she’s responsible of the purchase, sale and wholesale of all our products.
Renate considers new ideas for the site and for new products. She’s taking care of the sending of all packages, so they are send nicely and on time. Renate started in 2002 with the braiding and dreading of customers. See for more work of Renate also www.ikwildreads.nl

Mark has designed the Dreadshop website and he keeps it up-to-date. Also all systems behind the website have been developed by Mark. Furthermore Mark looks after the supplies of the newsletters.

Dorien looks after the administrative branches and the book-keeping of Dreadshop.

Hendrik, All kind of ‘jobs’

Janetta is responsible for Dreadshop-France. She looks after the texts for the French website. Also the email contact with the French customers is a part of Janetta’s job. Furthermore Janetta considers new ideas for the website, together with Renate.

Evi looks after the supplies. She makes the packages ready for sending.
