| Can I come and collect the dreads at your shop? Dreadshop is a web shop. We do not have an actual shop, only a storage space, which is located in the Netherlands. If you want to pay us a visit, you need to make an appointment. |

| How is my order shipped? Your order is shipped from the Netherlands by TNT Post. You have to transfer the entire amount of the order in advance, which includes the costs of the order itself, as well as shipping and administration. When we ship a package via TNT Post, it will be delivered to you within a few workdays. During busy periods, for instance during Christmas, or when there happens to be a strike at TNT Post, it may take a little longer. |

| When will my order be shipped? Your order will be packaged as soon as we have received your payment and included in the next shipment. Every week, there are 2 shipments. |

| What are the shipping costs? Shipping costs
If your order fits in an enveloppe, you only pay € 3,- for the shippingcosts. We add € 1 to the total amount in the case of PayPal payments. |

| Am I notified when my order has been shipped? Yes, we will inform you of the status of your shipment via the e-mail address you have provided us. |

| Is there a minimum order amount? Yes, orders for an amount under € 15,- are not accepted or shipped. |

| When will my order NOT be shipped? If you have placed an order and we have not received payment after 10 days, your order will be removed and NOT shipped. |

| How can I see the status of my order? You can login at our website to see the status of your order. Also, we will inform you of the status of your shipment via the e-mail address you have provided us. |

| Can I return the dreads? Can I return the dreads? Yes, that is possible. If you are not satisfied with the colour, the length of the dreads or something else, you can exchange the dreads and/or other products. Needless to say, they will have to be unused and in the original packaging. You can send them back to us (address can be found at the link “about us”) and will receive other products in return. If that is not what you want, we can give you a refund. Make sure to include a note in the return shipment with your information, the invoice, order number, invoice number, address and what you want in return. Don’t forget to include € 5,95 in shipping costs, so we can send you your new products. |
