How is my order shipped?

You have to transfer the entire amount of the order in advance, which includes the costs of the order itself, as well as shipping and administration. When we ship a package, it will be delivered to you within a few workdays. During busy periods, for instance during Christmas, or when there happens to be a strike, it may take a little longer.

Your order will be packaged as soon as we have received your payment and included in the next shipment. Every week, there are 4 shipments.

What are the shipping costs?

The rates will be converted from euro to pounds with the actual currency rate. Dreadshop is located in the Netherlands, that's why we count in €.

Am I notified when my order has been shipped?

Yes, we will inform you of the status of your shipment via the e-mail address you have provided us.

When will my order NOT be shipped?

If you have placed an order and we have not received payment after 10 days, your order will be removed and NOT shipped.

How can I see the status of my order?

You can login at our website to see the status of your order. Also, we will inform you of the status of your shipment via the e-mail address you have provided us.
